The Global OEM Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving growth across OEM partnerships and key strategic accounts globally, while ensuring strong retail sell-through and market presence. This role connects product, distribution, and rider engagement to deliver scalable revenue and strengthen Stan’s position in the market.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow OEM partnerships and key strategic accounts globally.
- Drive spec placement, product integration, and long-term account development.
- Build multi-year plans aligned with partner product cycles.
- Identify and secure new OEM opportunities, with focus on digital and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with distributors to expand Stan’s presence within strategic accounts.
- Manage commercial terms, pricing strategy, and volume planning.
- Own revenue targets across OEM and key accounts.
- Partner with Area Managers and distributors to drive retail sell-through.
- Establish POP placement and in-store strategy.
- Develop and execute retail education initiatives.
- Collaborate with Rider Experience Territory Managers to drive retail and rider activation.
- Manage pipeline, forecast accuracy, and demand alignment with Operations (SIOP).
- Identify opportunities to expand product mix and increase account penetration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic sales, account management, or digital commerce.
- Experience managing OEM or key strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, distribution, and sales operations.
- Experience with NetSuite, Asana, and Google platforms preferred.

The Rider Experience Territory Manager is responsible for driving Stan’s commercial performance within their assigned territory through retailer development, rider engagement, and field-based business leadership. This role operates with a high level of autonomy, making strategic decisions in the field to grow revenue, increase product adoption, and strengthen Stan’s position within retail and rider communities. The Rider Experience Territory Manager serves as a key connector between Stan’s product, brand, and the real-world rider experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive territory performance across retail, rider engagement, and product adoption.
- Develop and execute territory-level plans aligned with company commercial strategy.
- Identify and prioritize key markets, retailers, and opportunities for growth.
- Make in-field decisions to drive revenue, product placement, and activation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and distribution to influence demand and expand reach.
- Monitor territory performance and provide insights, opportunities, and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, mechanics, and shop owners.
- Train and develop retail staff to improve product knowledge, service capability, and sell-through.
- Lead service-focused clinics and education (tubeless systems, sealant, OnTap).
- Influence retailer buying behavior, merchandising, and product positioning.
- Identify gaps in product adoption and implement solutions to drive growth.
- Act as a consultative partner to accounts, supporting both business and service success.
- Support execution of key events, demos, and brand activations.
- Coordinate logistics including travel, setup, and product readiness.
- Deliver professional and engaging brand presence at events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in the cycling industry, field sales, retail, or field marketing.
- Proven ability to influence retailer behavior and drive product adoption.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of bicycle service.
- Experience operating independently and making decisions in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical product value effectively.
- Very strong knowledge of how to represent, maintain brand identity, and engage with Stan’s target demographics in all activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively to internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to effectively use Company software systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Stan’s product line and general bike maintenance.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time and multitask, particularly in dynamic and travel-intensive environments.
- Proficiency in budget tracking and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of cycling culture.

The Staff Accountant position is responsible for executing the day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processes while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data. This position serves as a critical gatekeeper for financial data entry and transaction processing, and supports month-end closing activities, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Receive, review, and enter vendor bills; resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Drive the ‘Order to Cash’ process, reviewing and approving invoices in a timely manner.
- Process weekly payroll through Paylocity ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries to support the month-end close process.
- Support the development of internal controls and accounting processes to improve efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- One (1) to three (3) years of accounting or related experience preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant education may be considered.
- Experience with NetSuite, Paylocity, and/or Avalara preferred.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
