Stan’s is open for business and our staff is ready to serve you, while complying with government notices and guidelines.
We are closely monitoring the guidelines and recommendations provided by the CDC and local health authorities. The Stan’s COVID-19 Pandemic Response will be updated as needed. We are operating on facts and data as they become available, and are emphasizing the importance of following the guidelines and recommendations of the authorities. Our employees have been instructed to stay at home if they or anyone in their homes becomes sick.
We have implemented Dispatch-From-Home and Work-From-Home policies for most of our service technicians and office staff. Our shipping/receiving docks in Woodstock are operating during normal business hours.
Stan’s has stopped all non-essential business related travel outside of our service region to better protect our employees and clients.
Our current inventory of high-use parts and supplies are at optimum levels and are closely monitored. We are also monitoring all supply chains and will adapt for any interruption.
Supplies and service will be delivered as normal, with some minor delays to be expected under the circumstances. If you need to pick up supplies from our Woodstock headquarters, please call ahead so that we are prepared to serve you when you arrive.
For the protection of our employees and our customers, we will attempt to diagnose and resolve equipment issues remotely as often as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
If a service technician needs to visit your office, they have been trained on the basic steps necessary to reduce the spread of the virus as directed by the CDC. Also, they will wipe down the equipment they work on with disinfectant before and after the repair work.
