Toshiba America Business Solutions has once again been recognized for its innovative products and sterling service and support by winning The Cannata Report’s 2017 Frank Awards for ‘Best-in-Class Manufacturer’ and ‘Best A3 Manufacturer.’
The Frank Awards were conducted and presented by The Cannata Report, a leading analyst firm for the document imaging and workflow solutions industry. All Frank Award nominees and winners were determined by votes cast or analysis of data comprised from The Cannata Report’s 2017 Annual Dealer Survey.
“We congratulate Toshiba America Business Solutions for winning multiple awards at our 32nd Annual Awards & Charities Dinner,” said Frank G. Cannata, president, The Cannata Report. “The dealers participating in our 2017 annual dealer survey made it clear they highly value the products and support they receive from Toshiba.”
“We are very thankful and honored to again be recognized with The Cannata Report’s prestigious ‘Best-in-Class’ Frank Awards,” said Scott Maccabe, president and chief executive officer at Toshiba America Business Solutions and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions. “These two awards honor the extraordinary collaboration between our entire staff and the dedicated, hardworking and entrepreneurial reseller partners who represent the Toshiba brand.”
The Frank Awards’ ‘Best-in-Class’ category acknowledges manufacturers providing the best overall hardware, software, services and technical support.
‘Best A3 Manufacturer’ category selections are identified by survey respondents for offering industry-leading A3 multifunction printers (MFPs) backed by stellar service and support.
The 277 resellers – representing all MFP vendors and U.S. regions – participating in the survey were asked to rank their primary and secondary vendors in four key performance categories: corporate support, distribution, product line and inventory.
The Frank Awards were presented Nov. 2 at The Cannata Report’s 32nd Annual Awards & Charities Dinner at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey. Toshiba executive, Ted LeBlanc, accepted the ‘Best-in-Class Manufacturer’ Frank Award on behalf of his company. Ten of LeBlanc’s Toshiba colleagues joined him on stage to accept the company’s ‘Best in A3 Manufacturer’ Frank Award.
